Community Involvement

We endeavor to provide facilities and equipment that facilitate physical activity participation opportunities that can contribute to individual health and well-being of individuals, and that also supports broader positive community outcomes including social connections and community belonging.

The Club Boathouse was built from community donations and grants. The majority of our boat fleet has been donated to the Club by metropolitan rowing Club’s with substantially more income than our Club as they upgrade their own rowing fleet.

The club participates in fundraising throughout the year, members can volunteer at local events like marshalling and drink stations at the annual Challenge Shepparton and Shepparton Triathlon events. Boat holding, bow numbers, boat driving officials at regatta events on Lake Nagambie and Bunnings community BBQ’s.
